The Affinity Jazz Bass features a slim, lightweight poplar body with all the contours that made the original famous. This is paired with a comfortable, satin finished, 'C' profiled neck capped with either a maple or laurel fretboard (dependent on finish). The board is home to 20 medium jumbo frets and inlaid with dot position markers. The headstock now also features updated logos and a gloss finish.
The Jazz Bass delivers its rich, punchy tone with the help of a pair of newly-voiced Ceramic Single Coil Jazz Bass Pickups wired through a pair of volume controls and a master tone control.
Tuning is kept solid with a set of vintage-style tuners whilst a standard 4 saddle bridge keeps intonation in check.
