The satin urethane finished maple neck has a comfortable modern C shape profile and is topped with 9.5" radius fingerboard (either maple or rosewood - model dependant) with rolled edges, set with 19 medium jumbo frets - all making for a great playing experience.
This Player II take on the Mustang Bass comes loaded with the classic pairing of a P Bass pickup (neck position) and Jazz Bass pickup (bridge position). Wired though a simple Volume and Control and 3-way pickup selector switch, the Mustang PJ is able to produce an array of vintage passive bass tones, from thick warm P 'plummy' tones to some grinding mid-range 'bark'.
