The Fender American Ultra II Tele body follows classic Strat lines, with the addition of body contouring and classy anodized pickguard adding to the high-performance feel and look.
An ultra satin finished Modern D profiled, quartersawn maple neck, complete with ultra rolled fingerboard edges and a tapered neck heel, allow for supreme playing comfort whilst giving access to the higher register. The fingerboard (ebony or quartersawn maple - model dependant) has a speedy 10"-14" compound radius, perfect for chord and soloing, and hosts 22 medium jumbo frets, dot inlays, and handy Luminlay side dots.
Pickups come in the form of Fender's newly designed Ultra II Noiseless Vintage Tele pickups. These pickups excel in producing vintage style tone with weet crystalline cleans, snappy twang and beefy growl with that all important noise-free performance - great for stage and studio. The S1 switch adds tonal versatility, with series wiring option in any pickup position (bypasses pickup selector switch).
Other features include the locking, all short-post tuning machines, that provide increased break angle at the nut for buzz-free performance, and a 6-saddle string-through-body with chromed brass saddles. The guitar comes complete with an Deluxe Moulded Case.
